About the role

At our innovative technology company based in Madrid, we are seeking a Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable cloud solutions for enterprise clients across Europe. Who are we looking for

We are looking for an experienced professional with a deep understanding of cloud architecture principles and 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure design and implementation. You should be a strategic thinker with proven leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical requirements into practical solutions. The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams, working with C-level executives, and handling multi-million-euro projects. You must be comfortable with responsibility, able to work under pressure, and demonstrate a passion for innovation in cloud technologies.

Skills and competencies

• Expert-level knowledge of AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Advanced networking and security architecture expertise
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proven project management and team leadership abilities
• Understanding of DevOps methodologies and CI/CD pipelines
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Advanced English language proficiency (minimum B2 level)
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2)
