Buscamos un Senior Cloud Infrastructure Architect altamente experimentado para liderar la transformación digital de una empresa farmacéutica de renombre mundial. En esta posición, serás responsable de diseñar, implementar y optimizar infraestructuras cloud escalables basadas en AWS, con especial enfoque en soluciones de IA y automatización inteligente. Trabajarás en un entorno dinámico donde se están lanzando más de 20 iniciativas estratégicas en los próximos 18 meses.

Buscamos un profesional senior con profunda experiencia en arquitectura cloud y IA, que demuestre liderazgo técnico y capacidad de innovación. Debe ser un pensador estratégico capaz de tomar decisiones arquitectónicas complejas, con experiencia probada en gestión de proyectos de transformación digital en empresas grandes. Valoramos profesionales apasionados por la tecnología, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios. Idealmente, contarás con experiencia previa en el sector farmacéutico o industria regulada.

Habilidades y competencias

Experiencia avanzada con AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, SageMaker, QuickSight)
Profundo conocimiento en arquitectura de sistemas distribuidos y microservicios
Experiencia en implementación de soluciones de Machine Learning e IA (ML Ops)
Dominio de IaC (Infrastructure as Code) con Terraform, CloudFormation o equivalente
Certificación AWS Solutions Architect Professional o equivalente
Conocimiento de prácticas DevOps y CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions)
Experiencia en seguridad cloud, cumplimiento normativo (GDPR, HIPAA) y governanza
Dominio de Python, Java o Go para scripting y automatización
Excelente comunicación en español e inglés (nivel B2+)
Liderazgo técnico y mentalidad de arquitecto empresarial

Responsabilidades principales

Diseñar arquitecturas cloud escalables y resilientes en AWS para soportar 20+ iniciativas
Liderar la transformación digital y modernización de infraestructuras legacy
Implementar y optimizar soluciones de IA y Machine Learning en producción
Establecer estándares de calidad, seguridad y gobernanza cloud
Colaborar con equipos de data engineering, DevOps y product para definir roadmaps técnicos
Realizar code reviews, arquitectura reviews y mentoring de equipos técnicas
Optimizar costos de infraestructura cloud y garantizar eficiencia operacional
Asegurar cumplimiento con regulaciones y normativas de la industria farmacéutica

Requisitos mínimos

Mínimo 7-8 años de experiencia en arquitectura cloud (AWS preferentemente)
Mínimo 3 años en roles de arquitectura o liderazgo técnico senior
Experiencia comprobada en proyectos de IA y ML en producción
Experiencia en ambientes regulados o sector farmacéutico (ventajoso)
Portfolio de proyectos cloud complejos completados exitosamente
