We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Madrid, Spain. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will serve as a critical bridge between our business stakeholders and technology teams, ensuring that complex functional requirements are accurately translated into innovative technical solutions. You will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives across our organization, working on Full-time basis in a hybrid work environment. This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects that directly impact our business strategy and customer experience.
We are looking for a talented professional with a strong background in business analysis and process optimization. You should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have experience in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and process improvement methodologies. You must be fluent in Spanish and English, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Your attention to detail, combined with your strategic thinking, will enable you to identify opportunities for business improvement and innovation. We seek someone who is proactive, adaptable, and passionate about driving positive change within organizations.
This is a Full-time hybrid position based in Madrid, Spain. You will be expected to work on-site three days per week and remotely two days per week, allowing for optimal collaboration while maintaining work flexibility.
