About the role

From our LIGHTHOUSE team, our center of excellence for Data & Analytics, Artificial Intelligence & Emerging Technologies, where we help our clients find efficiency and high performance across all their IT functions.

To continue growing, we are looking for Data Engineering and Analytics profiles who want to participate in strategic data projects in cutting-edge cloud environments.

What you'll do

Design and evolve data architectures in Microsoft Fabric / Azure (Data Lake, pipelines, notebooks, and models), ensuring scalability and security.
Build data ingestion and transformation pipelines with Data Factory and Spark, developing robust and efficient batch processes.
Process and optimize large volumes of data using Python (PySpark) and SQL in distributed environments.
Create and optimize semantic models and dashboards in Power BI, defining key KPIs that drive decision-making.
Collaborate closely with technical and business teams

What do you need to know?

Education in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or similar fields.
At least 2 years of experience in Data & Analytics projects

Solid knowledge of:

Microsoft Fabric / Azure (Data Factory, Spark, Data Lake).
Python and SQL.
Experience in designing and optimizing data pipelines.
Experience with Power BI
Knowledge of data modeling and analytical consumption.
Key soft skills: good communication, teamwork, initiative, and adaptability.

What you'll do

Diseñar y evolucionar arquitecturas de datos en Microsoft Fabric / Azure (Data Lake, pipelines, notebooks y modelos), asegurando escalabilidad y seguridad.
Construir pipelines de ingesta y transformación con Data Factory y Spark, desarrollando procesos batch robustos y eficientes.
Procesar y optimizar grandes volúmenes de datos utilizando Python (PySpark) y SQL en entornos distribuidos.
Crear y optimizar modelos semánticos y dashboards en Power BI, definiendo KPIs clave que impulsen la toma de decisiones.
Colaborar estrechamente con equipos técnicos y de negocio

¿Que necesitas saber?

Formación en Ingeniería Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similares.
A partir de 2 años de experiencia en proyectos de Data & Analytics

Conocimiento sólido de:

Microsoft Fabric / Azure (Data Factory, Spark, Data Lake).
Python y SQL.
Experiencia en diseño y optimización de pipelines de datos.
Experiencia con Power BI
Conocimientos de modelado de datos y consumo analítico.
Soft skills clave: buena comunicación, trabajo en equipo, iniciativa y capacidad de adaptación.
