Who are we looking for

Skills and competencies

• Master's degree in Aeronautical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in aeronautical systems design or engineering
• Proficiency with CAD software (CATIA, ANSYS, or similar)
• Strong knowledge of aircraft systems (hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, flight control)
• Understanding of FAA and EASA certification requirements
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Experience with systems modeling and simulation tools
• Team leadership and project management skills
• Knowledge of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies is a plus
