About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Aeronautical Quality Assurance Manager to join our dynamic aerospace division in Spain. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you will oversee quality control processes for aeronautical components and systems. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with international aviation standards and regulations, managing quality assurance teams, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across our manufacturing facilities.

You should have a deep understanding of aeronautical engineering principles, ISO 9001 certification requirements, and FAA/EASA regulations. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with strong communication skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and compliance departments. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities will be crucial in identifying and resolving quality issues before they impact production.

Skills and competencies

• Minimum 8 years of experience in aerospace quality assurance or related field
• Strong knowledge of aeronautical engineering and aircraft component manufacturing
• Proficiency with quality management systems and inspection tools
• Expertise in ISO 9001, AS9100, and other relevant aerospace certifications
• Excellent understanding of FAA and EASA regulatory requirements
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software
• Fluent Spanish and English language skills
• Leadership and team management capabilities
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification (preferred)
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
