About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Aeronautical Operations Specialist to join our dynamic aerospace operations team in Spain. This is a Full-time, on-site position where you will be responsible for managing complex aeronautical back-office operations, ensuring compliance with international aviation regulations, and optimizing our operational efficiency. You will work closely with our flight operations, maintenance, and safety departments to ensure seamless coordination across all aviation activities.
Who are we looking for
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in aeronautical operations and back-office management. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in aviation operations, excellent knowledge of EASA regulations, and a proven track record of improving operational processes. You should be detail-oriented, analytical, and capable of working under pressure while maintaining the highest safety standards. Spanish language proficiency is essential for this role.
Skills and competencies
Extensive knowledge of aeronautical operations and aviation regulations (EASA, ICAO)
Proficiency in aircraft documentation and flight crew management systems
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with aviation planning software and ERP systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Advanced Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Strong communication skills in Spanish and English
Knowledge of safety management systems and risk assessment
Experience in coordinating with international aviation authorities

Key responsibilities
Manage daily back-office operations for aircraft maintenance and flight schedules
Prepare and maintain comprehensive aeronautical documentation
Coordinate with flight crews, maintenance teams, and ground operations
Ensure full compliance with EASA and ICAO regulations
Monitor and report on operational key performance indicators
Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies
Maintain database integrity and accuracy
Participate in operational audits and safety reviews
