Buscamos incorporar de manera inmediata a un/a Técnico/a de Administración de Selección y Onboarding para una importante empresa multinacional del sector industrial, donde formarás parte de un equipo dinámico y contribuirás a garantizar una excelente experiencia de incorporación para los nuevos profesionales.
¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?- Apoyo administrativo/a y gestión documental de los procesos de onboarding.
- Apoyo administrativo/a en programas de captación y capacitación del talento (becas, programas de reskilling, etc.).
- Gestión completa del proceso de incorporación de nuevos trabajadores:- Solicitud y recopilación de documentación.
- Coordinación con el área de administración.
- Revisión y verificación de datos.
- Bienvenida y acompañamiento a las nuevas incorporaciones durante su integración.
- Soporte administrativo/a al equipo de Selección.
- Actualización y mantenimiento de la base de datos interna de vacantes y candidatos.
¿Qué perfil buscamos?- Experiencia previa en puestos de administración de selección, onboarding o áreas similares de Recursos Humanos.
- Persona habituada a trabajar con altos volúmenes de contrataciones e incorporaciones.
- Excelente capacidad de interlocución y comunicación con diferentes colectivos.
- Clara vocación de servicio y orientación al cliente interno.
- Perfil organizado, metódico y con capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas de forma simultánea.
- Agilidad en el/la gestión administrativo/a y atención al detalle.
