En Capitole buscamos un Security Engineer con experiencia e n plataformas de cifrado, administración de sistemas y ecosistemas IT complejo s, para incorporarse a un proyecto estratégico de seguridad dentro de un entorno global altamente regulado
.Formarás parte de un equipo internacional especializado en seguridad, criptografía y gestión de identidades, participando en la operación, mantenimiento y evolución de una plataforma de cifrado basada en Thales CipherTrust (CTM ) y Luna HSM, además de colaborar en iniciativas clave del programa de seguridad
Responsabilidades
Dar soporte a actividades del programa de cifrado, incluyendo análisis, definición y despliegue de nuevos casos de uso y funcionalidades.
Participar en la migración de casos de uso de cifrado (con agente o sin agente) entre distintas plataformas.
Gestionar integraciones con herramientas corporativas como Privileged Access Management, SIEM, Patching o consolas de virtualización.
Participar en sesiones técnicas para definir planes de ejecución y resolver incidencias complejas.
Identificar riesgos, incompatibilidades o bloqueos que puedan afectar al servicio y proponer acciones de mitigación.
Ejecutar actividades BAU de la plataforma de cifrado basada en Thales CTM + Luna HSM .
Onboarding de nuevas aplicaciones al servicio de cifrado siguiendo los estándares definidos.
Garantizar el rendimiento, resiliencia, calidad y cumplimiento de SLAs de la plataforma.
Recertificar casos de uso existentes y asegurar su correcto funcionamiento.
Monitorizar la plataforma, gestionar incidencias y aplicar remediaciones cuando sea necesario.
Gestionar nuevas solicitudes de onboarding o ampliación de casos de uso de cifrado.
Colaborar con equipos internacionales en un entorno dinámico y altamente tecnológico.
Expertise requerida
Experiencia operando herramientas corporativas como SILA, CMDB, herramientas ITSM (incidencias, cambios, peticiones) y reporting de CTM.
Enfoque Security by Default , aplicando políticas y buenas prácticas de seguridad en todas las actividades.
Capacidad para identificar vulnerabilidades o desviaciones y proponer acciones de remediación (por ejemplo, durante campañas de Pentesting).
MUST HAVE:
5+ años de experie ncia en roles IT, seguridad, infraestructura o cifrado
Experiencia en Bases de datos / DBA
Conocimientos sólidos de Sistemas Operativos
Background técnico amplio en ecosistemas IT
Conocimientos de ITIL
Inglés C1 (equipos internacionales)

Experiencia previa con Thales CipherTrust Manager (CTM) o tecnologías HSM.
Conocimientos de criptografía aplicada y gestión de claves.
Experiencia en integraciones de seguridad corporativa (PAM, SIEM, etc.).
Modalidad híbrida en Barcelona (2 días de presencialidad)
