From Adecco, we are selecting a Hardware Section Manager to join an important retail company specialized in home, construction, and DIY products, located in Alcorcón.
We are looking for professionals with extensive commercial experience and technical knowledge in hardware who want to take the next step in their career by taking part in the management of a strategic section.
Duties
Permanent contract directly with the company
Salary between €20,000 and €23,000 gross per year.
Variable sales incentive of up to €380 per month.
Compensation of €65 for Sundays and public holidays worked (8-hour shift).
Language bonus (English and/or German) of €1,000 per year after passing the probationary period.
31 calendar days of vacation.
Working hours from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Two rest days per week.
13 free weekends per year.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Manager in a specialized large-format store (hardware, construction, paint, etc.).
Previous experience as an expert salesperson or section coordinator is a plus.

Desde Adecco seleccionamos un/a Responsable de Sección de Ferretería para incorporarse a una importante compañía del sector retail especializada en productos para el hogar, la construcción y el bricolaje ubicada en Alcorcón.
Buscamos profesionales con amplia experiencia comercial y conocimientos técnicos en ferretería que quieran dar un paso más en su carrera participando en la gestión de una sección estratégica.
Funciones
Contrato indefinido directamente con la empresa
Salario entre 20.000 € y 23.000 € brutos anuales.
Incentivo variable por ventas de hasta 380 € mensuales.
Compensación de 65 € por domingos y festivos trabajados (jornada de 8 horas).
Plus de idiomas (inglés y/o alemán) de 1.000 € anuales tras superar el período de prueba.
31 días naturales de vacaciones.
Horario de 10:00 a 15:00 y de 17:00 a 20:00.
Dos días de descanso semanales.
13 fines de semana libres al año.
Experiencia mínima de 5 años como Responsable de Equipo en Gran Superficie Especializada (ferretería, Construcción, pintura, etc).
Valorable experiencia previa como vendedor/a experto/a o coordinador/a de sección.
