Welke taken kan je verwachten? Vanuit onze business unit SAP Solutions leveren we operationele en strategische outsourcingoplossingen aan klanten. Je takenpakket bestaat uit: -Instaan voor een correcte personeels- en loonadministratie van de toegewezen klant(en). -Opvolgen, berekenen en controleren van de lonen voor je klant(en). -Begeleiden en adviseren van klanten rond payroll, personeelsadministratie en sociale wetgeving. -Opbouwen van duurzame vertrouwensrelaties met klanten. -Beantwoorden van vragen van werknemers over hun dossier, in naam van hun werkgever. -Up-to-date houden van je kennis binnen de verschillende domeinen van payroll en personeelsadministratie. -Actief zoeken naar verbeteringen en optimalisaties van bestaande werkprocessen.
Requisitos mínimos:
- Je hebt een passie voor payroll en personeelsadministratie en zet je graag in om klanten optimaal te ondersteunen. Daarnaast:

-Heb je een eerste ervaring in Belgische payroll OF payroll binnen een SAP-omgeving.
-Heb je een sterke interesse in HR, met een bijzondere focus op payroll en sociale wetgeving.
-Werk je autonoom, nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
-Ben je resultaatgericht en neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor je dossiers.
-Ben je flexibel en stel je alles in het werk om de vooropgestelde deadlines van je klanten te behalen.
-Beschik je over sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en een goede kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
-Ben je vertrouwd met MS Office-toepassingen, zoals Word en Excel.
-Draag je bij aan een positieve teamspirit met een gezonde dosis humor en flair.
