Desde Adecco Outsourcing, buscamos incorporar un perfil de Inside Sales Representative para una empresa internacional líder en soluciones de ingeniería, ubicada en Alcobendas (Madrid).
Esta posición está dirigida a profesionales con experiencia en ventas en entornos internacionales, dominio avanzado de alemán e inglés, y una fuerte orientación comercial y técnico/a. Si buscas un proyecto estable, con proyección profesional y en un entorno multicultural, ¡esta es tu oportunidad!
Responsabilidades principales:
- Gestión completa del ciclo de ventas: identificación de oportunidades, elaboración de propuestas, negociación y cierre
- Prospección activa de clientes mediante llamadas, correos y seguimiento de leads
- Seguimiento de cuentas asignadas para detectar nuevas oportunidades de negocio
- Coordinación con equipos técnicos multilingües para ofrecer soluciones alineadas con las necesidades del cliente
- Desarrollo de ofertas personalizadas, adaptadas a cada mercado
- Registro y seguimiento de oportunidades en CRM
- Asesoramiento postventa: contratos de mantenimiento, renovaciones, ampliaciones de cobertura y servicios técnicos/as
- Traducción de necesidades técnicos/as en soluciones comerciales viables, con enfoque estratégico

- Horario: Lunes a jueves de 9:00 a 18:00 h | Viernes de 9:00 a 15:00 h
- Modalidad: 100% presencial en Alcobendas
- Nivel avanzado de alemán e inglés
- Experiencia previa en ventas internas, atención al cliente o gestión comercial en entornos internacionales
- Manejo avanzado de herramientas como Excel y SAP
- Perfil proactivo, con excelentes habilidades de comunicación, orientación al cliente y enfoque en resultados
