What will your role be? As part of the Operational Safety & Excellence area, you will participate in the development, evolution and implementation of the processes, systems and Communication plans applicable to Safety in the Moeve Group. Your mission will be to collaborate in the implementation of best practices in accordance with the "Safety in Motion" strategy.
Collaborate in the deployment of the Corporate Safety communication plan in collaboration with the rest of the business units.
Prepare reports and presentations for the function for the different stakeholder groups.
Collaborate on the strategic projects assigned to you, ensuring compliance with milestones and deadlines, as well as the appropriate level of liaison with the rest of the areas.
Participate in the definition of dashboards and main indicators to facilitate their monitoring, ensuring their proper dissemination.
Participate in the design and definition of training actions with the aim of extending safety leadership within and outside Moeve.
Participate in events for all Business areas, including all Moeve Group employees as well as contractors working at our facilities.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for a profile with technical training, a high level of English and previous experience in similar roles, who meets the following requirements:
Education: Technical training (higher/technical engineering degree or technical studies degree).
Languages: High level of English (C1). Knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is desirable.
Experience: At least 2 years of demonstrable previous experience in a position of similar characteristics. International experience will be valued (Erasmus, internships abroad...).
IT skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office: Excel (Functions and Macros), PowerPoint and Power BI (DAX). Knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere is highly valued.

¿Cuál será tu rol? Integrado/a en el área de Seguridad Operacional & Excelencia, participarás en el desarrollo, evolución e implantación de los procesos, sistemas y planes de Comunicación aplicables a Seguridad en el Grupo Moeve. Tu misión será colaborar en la implantación de las mejores prácticas de acuerdo con la estrategia "Safety in Motion".
Colaborar en el despliegue del plan de comunicación de Seguridad Corporativo en colaboración con el resto de las unidades de negocio.
Realizar informes y presentaciones de la función para los distintos grupos de interés.
Colaboración en los proyectos estratégicos que le sean asignados asegurando el cumplimiento de hitos y plazos, así como el adecuado nivel de interlocución con el resto de las áreas.
Participar en la definición de cuadros de mando e indicadores principales para facilitar su seguimiento asegurando su correcta difusión.
Participar en el diseño y definición de acciones formativas con el objetivo de extender el liderazgo en seguridad dentro y fuera de Moeve.
Participar en eventos para todas las áreas de Negocio incluyendo todos los empleados del Grupo Moeve así como contratistas que trabajan en nuestras instalaciones.

¿A quién estamos buscando? Buscamos un perfil con formación técnica, nivel alto de inglés y experiencia previa en funciones similares, que cumpla con los siguientes requisitos:
Formación: Formación técnica (ingeniería superior/técnica o grado enseñanzas técnicas).
Idiomas: Nivel alto de inglés (C1). Deseable conocimientos de francés y/o portugués.
Experiencia: Al menos 2 años de experiencia previa demostrable desempeñando un puesto de similares características. Se valorará experiencia internacional (Erasmus, prácticas en el extranjero...).
Informática: Conocimientos avanzados de Microsoft Office: Excel (Funciones y Macros), PowerPoint y Power BI (DAX). Muy valorable conocimientos de Photoshop, Illustrator y Premiere.
