Gestión integral de servicios de renders y decoración virtual para inmuebles de obra nueva y segunda mano
Recopilación y revisión de documentación técnica enviada por promotores.
Preparación de briefings claros y completos para freelancers 3D.
Seguimiento del proceso de producción.
Asesoramiento técnico a freelancers y acompañamiento al cliente durante el desarrollo del proyecto.
Revisión de entregables y control de calidad.
Gestión de correcciones y modificaciones solicitadas por el cliente.
Montaje y supervisión del virtual tour final.
Coordinación con equipos internos.
Experiencia previa manejando 3D Studio Max y V-Ray.
Experiencia en proyectos de visualización arquitectónica, renders o interiorismo 3D.
Experiencia gestionando clientes y proyectos.
Capacidad para entender planos, memorias de calidades y documentación técnica de obra nueva.
Buenas habilidades de comunicación y capacidad de interlocución con promotores y freelancers.
