Gestionar procesos de selección de perfiles cualificados: búsqueda, reclutamiento y cierre de acuerdos.
Colaborar con los clientes para identificar necesidades y proponer soluciones adecuadas, como consultor/a experto/a.
Realizar análisis de datos y generar informes detallados.
Prospección de empresas y contactos para generar tu cartera de clientes, en la región Sur.
Actuar como punto de contacto entre tus clientes y candidatos para generar sinergias.
Participar en reuniones de seguimiento con los clientes para evaluar el progreso de los proyectos.
Proponer mejoras en procesos internos y externos relacionados con los proyectos gestionados.
Garantizar el cumplimiento de los plazos y objetivos establecidos, para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos marcados.
