We are looking for resourceful and proactive people, whose main mission will be the integral management of the reception and switchboard areas. We have several positions to fill; therefore, the working hours will be within the range of Monday to Friday, 07:00 - 14:00 hours. With a temporary contract and possibilities of real stability.
Responsibilities and Duties:
You will be in charge of the operation of the client's reception.

- Filtering calls to direct them to the corresponding personnel.
- Complying with the action protocol determined in each case.

Buscamos personas resolutivas y proactivas, cuya misión principal será la gestión integral de la recepción y los espacios de la centralita. Tenemos varias posiciones que cubrir, por ello el horario de trabajo estará dentro de la horquilla de lunes a viernes de 07:00- 14:00 horas. Te encargaras del funcionamiento de la recepción del cliente.
- Atención de visitas y llamadas.
- Filtro de llamadas para dirigirlo al personal correspondiente.
- Cumplir con el protocolo de actuación determinado en cada caso.
Requisitos:
Deberás estar en posesión del Certificado de Discapacidad de al menos el 33%.
Experiencia en tareas de centralita y recepción.
Manejo de Paquete Office.
Valorable Inglés nivel B2.
Contrato temporal con posibilidad de estabilidad.
