Endesa scholarships have a duration of 9 months. They consist of two parts: Practical Training within the Company and Academic Training.
The Practical Training within the Company will involve a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, a rest period of 17 working days per year, and a study allowance of €900 gross. In parallel, the Academic Training will take place: Master's Degree in Organizational Management, Key Competencies, and Data Analytics, from Camilo José Cela University (120 ECTS), in online format, whose main objective is learning and the enhancement of the competency profile.

For this scholarship, we are looking for recent graduates in Industrial Engineering, or any similar degree, or those who are missing their final project, to join through a scholarship in the Project Management area in Tenerife.
What does the Unit do?
The most notable activities we carry out in the Project Management unit are:
-Management of supply and generator connections with 20KV busbar connections in Canary Islands substations.
-Management of new 66/20KV electrical substation works and renovations in existing substations.
Support to the team in the following functions:
-Management of connection point requests made by AT clients.
-Support in tracking work execution.
-Support in tracking contract certifications, committed and completed orders to suppliers.
La beca está orientada a perfiles de Ingeniería Industrial y/o Eléctrica. Y se valorarán perfiles con Máster Ingeniería Industrial / Máster MBA.
Prácticas en ENDESA, Programa SWING:
● Ayuda de estudio de 900,00 € brutos mensuales.
● Horario: Híbrido - Jornada 35 horas semanales
● Centro de trabajo en España: C/Ingeniero Cervera, 4. 38110 S/C. Tenerife.
Las becas de Endesa tienen una duración de 9 meses. Constan de dos partes, una Formación Práctica en la Empresa y una Formación Académica.
La Formación Práctica en la Empresa tendrá una jornada completa de lunes a viernes, un periodo de descanso de 17 días laborables al año y una ayuda al estudio de 900€ brutos. De forma paralela, se realiza la Formación Académica: Máster en Gestión Organizacional, Competencias Clave y Analítica de Datos, de la Universidad Camilo José Cela (120 ECTS), en formato online, cuyo objetivo principal es el aprendizaje y la mejora del perfil competencial.

Las actividades más destacadas que realizamos en la unidad de Project Management son:
-Gestión de conexiones de suministros y generadores con conexión en barras de 20KV de subestaciones de Canarias.
-Gestión de obras de nuevas subestaciones eléctricas 66/20KV y reformas en subestaciones existentes.
Apoyo al equipo en las funciones de:
-Gestión de las solicitudes realizadas por clientes de puntos de conexión en AT.
-Apoyo en seguimiento de ejecución de obras.
-Apoyo en seguimiento certificaciones contratas, seguimiento comprometido y realizado de pedidos a proveedores.
