Desde Adecco Selección buscamos un/a Ingeniero/a de Calidad para garantizar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad exigidos por los clientes y promover la mejora continua dentro de una importante industria de la automoción.
¿Cuáles serán tus responsabilidades?
- Gestionar y mantener el Sistema de Calidad y la documentación asociada.
- Coordinar actividades de calidad avanzadas (APQP, PPAP y homologaciones).
- Liderar la gestión de no conformidades, acciones correctivas y análisis 8D.
- Realizar auditorías de sistema, producto y proceso.
- Coordinar la relación con clientes y proveedores en aspectos relacionados con calidad.
- Gestionar equipos de medición, inspección y calibración.
- Elaborar y analizar indicadores de calidad y planes de acción.
- Impulsar proyectos de mejora continua y resolución de problemas.
- Realizar estudios estadísticos de calidad (SPC, MSA, R&R).
- Participar en nuevos proyectos y estudios de viabilidad técnica.
- Coordinar y supervisar las actividades de control de calidad en planta.
- Ingeniería Técnica o Superior.
- Experiencia mínima de 3 años en departamentos de Calidad dentro de entornos industriales.
- Valorable experiencia en automoción.
- Conocimientos en Core Tools: APQP, PPAP, AMFE/FMEA, MSA y SPC.
- Valorable conocimiento de IATF 16949, VDA, Six Sigma y SAP módulo QM.
- Nivel de inglés medio - alto (B2/C1).
- Persona organizada, orientada al detalle, con capacidad analítica, trabajo en equipo y enfoque al cliente.
- Contratación indefinida y directamente por la empresa.
- Horario de lunes a jueves flexible de 08:00h a 17:00h o de 09:00h a 18:00h (con media hora para comer) y viernes de 8:00 a 14:30h.
- Salario entre 26.000 y 29.000€ en función de la experiencia.
- Participación en proyectos industriales de alto valor añadido.
- Desarrollo profesional y aprendizaje continuo en un/a entorno técnico/a y colaborativo.
