What you'll do

Reporting to the CEO, your main responsibilities will be:

Document and ensure that all company operating systems are documented (SOPs and general procedures).
Ensure compliance with all approved and current regulations across all departments.
Ensure quality in all activities based on the company's quality manual.
Prepare batch files for each finished product produced by external suppliers and manage their archiving.
Follow up on internal incidents at the documentation level and coordinate corrective and preventive actions and their follow-up for their subsequent resolution.
Coordinate the reception of external complaints and process the necessary actions to respond to each one.
Coordinate the entire internal filing system for all documents related to the quality management system.
Coordinate internal and external audits, in addition to preparing final reports on both results and their evaluation.

What you'll do

Reportando al CEO tus principales funciones serán:

Documentar y hacer que se documenten todos los sistemas de funcionamiento de la compañía (PNT,s y procedimientos generales).
Velar por el cumplimiento de todas la normativas aprobadas y vigentes entodos los departamentos.
Asegurar la calidad en todas las actividades basadas en el manual de calidad de la empresa.
Elaborar dossier de lote de cada producto acabado producido por los proveedores externos y gestionar su archivo.
Seguimiento incidencias internas a nivel de documentación y coordinar acciones correctoras y preventivas y su seguimiento para su posterior solución posterior.
Coordinar recepción de reclamaciones externas y cursar las acciones necesario para dar respuesta a cada una de ellas.
Coordinar todo el sistema de archivo interno de todos los documentos relacionados con el sistema de gestión calidad.
Coordinar las auditorías internas i externas además de la elaboración de los informes finales tanto de resultados como de evaluación de las mismas.
