Buscamos Agentic AI Engineers para unirse a Bluetab.

Experiencia sólida en desarrollo Backend con Python .
Conocimientos de buenas prácticas de ingeniería del software (SOLID, DRY, KISS, patrones de diseño y código mantenible).
Experiencia diseñando e integrando APIs y trabajando con testing automatizado .
Conocimientos o experiencia en arquitecturas basadas en agentes de IA , IA generativa y herramientas como OpenAI Agents SDK o frameworks similares.
Experiencia trabajando con Git y procesos colaborativos de desarrollo ( pull requests y revisión de código).
Capacidad para analizar código existente , proponer mejoras y contribuir a la calidad técnica del producto .
Proactividad, autonomía, pensamiento crítico y capacidad para colaborar con equipos multidisciplinares .
Imprescindible experiencia en AWS Bedrock.
Experiencia en arquitecturas RAG , sistemas multiagente , automatización del ciclo de vida del desarrollo (SDLC) , herramientas de testing E2E (Playwright, Cypress, Selenium), frameworks BDD (Gherkin, Cucumber, Behave), DevOps o plataformas de developer experience .
