At El Corte Inglés, we continue to drive the transformation of our digital business and we are looking to bring a Project Manager on board for our eCommerce, Customers and Omnichannel team.

You will be part of the project team that works alongside the business areas to drive the evolution of our categories, becoming the link between the business and the different teams involved in making strategic initiatives a reality.

Main duties and requirements.

You will lead transformation projects from start to finish, ensuring that initiatives are executed successfully, coordinating the different stakeholders and contributing to the evolution of the business.

• You will manage several projects, from defining requirements through to their implementation.
• You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams and facilitate collaboration across the different business areas.
• You will analyse requirements, identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions that add value.
• You will monitor the planning, risks, progress and deliverables of each project.
• You will prepare reporting and presentations for follow-up meetings with the different stakeholders.

• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI or other data analysis tools will be valued.

• English level B2.

• 3 to 5 years of experience managing projects, preferably in eCommerce, retail or digital transformation environments.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects and manage different stakeholders simultaneously.
• Analytical profile, with business acumen and a focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong organisational, communication and synthesis skills.

Formarás parte del equipo de proyectos que trabaja junto a las áreas de negocio para impulsar la evolución de nuestras categorías, convirtiéndote en el nexo de unión entre negocio y los distintos equipos implicados para hacer realidad iniciativas estratégicas.

Funciones principales y requisitos.

Liderarás proyectos de transformación de principio a fin, asegurando que las iniciativas se ejecutan con éxito, coordinando a los diferentes stakeholders y contribuyendo a la evolución del negocio.

• Gestionarás varios proyectos, desde la definición de necesidades hasta su implantación.
• Coordinarás equipos multidisciplinares y facilitarás la colaboración entre las distintas áreas de negocio.
• Analizarás requerimientos, identificarás oportunidades de mejora y propondrás soluciones que aporten valor.
• Harás seguimiento de la planificación, riesgos, avances y entregables de cada proyecto.
• Prepararás el reporting y las presentaciones para el seguimiento con los diferentes interlocutores.

• Se valorarán conocimientos de SQL, Power BI u otras herramientas de análisis de datos.

• Nivel de inglés B2.

• Experiencia de 3 a 5 años gestionando proyectos, preferiblemente en entornos de eCommerce, retail o transformación digital.
• Capacidad para coordinar múltiples proyectos y gestionar diferentes stakeholders de forma simultánea.
• Perfil analítico, con visión de negocio y orientación a la mejora continua.
• Alta capacidad de organización, comunicación y síntesis.
