Estamos en búsqueda de un PMO que garantice la excelencia en la gestión del portafolio de proyectos de la organización, mediante la implantación de metodologías, el seguimiento riguroso del desempeño y el soporte continuo a los equipos de proyecto, asegurando el cumplimiento de los objetivos estratégicos en términos de plazo, coste, calidad y valor para el negocio.
Actuará como eje transversal entre la estrategia corporativa y la ejecución operativa, proporcionando visibilidad, control y coherencia a todas las iniciativas de la compañía.
El rol combina visión estratégica, capacidad de estructuración, y una fuerte orientación a la ejecución, asegurando la correcta planificación, seguimiento y control de la operación de proyectos.
