ACCIONA, within its Infrastructure business, is seeking Financial Managers for major international projects.
Mission:
Ensure comprehensive financial management of international projects and concessions, acting as the on-site financial manager and supporting business decision-making.
Functions:
- Take responsibility for the financial area of the assigned project or concession at the international destination.
- Manage and supervise accounting, budgeting, and financial control for the project.
- Prepare, analyze, and supervise financial reporting, ensuring quality, reliability, and compliance with deadlines.
- Monitor the project's economic performance, analyze results, and control deviations.
- Supervise cash flow management and the project's financial needs.
- Coordinate financial closings and the preparation of financial statements.
- Ensure the proper application of corporate financial procedures and compliance with local regulations.
- Support Project Management through financial analysis and decision-making support.
- Collaborate with corporate teams and local and international stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration and Management, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
Advanced level of English (mandatory). Knowledge of other languages such as French, Portuguese, or Arabic will be valued positively.
Knowledge of SAP / SAP BPC / SEO will be valued positively.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial roles, preferably in international projects and within sectors such as infrastructure, construction, concessions, or industrial environments.

ACCIONA, en su negocio de Infraestructuras, requiere de la incorporación de Responsables Financieros para importantes proyectos internacionales.
Misión:
Garantizar la gestión financiera integral de proyectos y concesiones internacionales, actuando como responsable financiero en destino y apoyando la toma de decisiones del negocio.
Funciones:
- Asumir la responsabilidad del área financiera del proyecto o concesión asignado/a en destino internacional
- Gestionar y supervisar la contabilidad, presupuestos y control financiero del proyecto.
- Elaborar, analizar y supervisar el reporting financiero, garantizando calidad, fiabilidad y cumplimiento de plazos.
- Realizar el seguimiento económico del proyecto, análisis de resultados y control de desviaciones.
- Supervisar la gestión del flujo de caja (cash flow) y las necesidades financieras del proyecto.
- Coordinar los cierres financieros y la elaboración de estados financieros.
- Asegurar la correcta aplicación de los procedimientos financieros corporativos y el cumplimiento de la normativa local.
- Apoyar a la Dirección del Proyecto mediante análisis financieros y soporte a la toma de decisiones.
- Colaborar con equipos corporativos y stakeholders locales e internacionales.
Licenciatura o Grado en Economía, Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Finanzas o titulación equivalente.
Nivel alto de inglés (imprescindible). Se valorará positivamente el conocimiento de otros idiomas como francés, portugués y árabe.
Se valorarán conocimientos de SAP/ SAP BPC/SEO
Mínimo 5 años de experiencia en posiciones financieras, preferentemente en proyectos internacionales y en sectores como infraestructuras, construcción, concesiones o entornos industriales.
Interés en desarrollar una carrera profesional en el ámbito internacional, con disponibilidad para desplazarse y residir en países como Perú, Brasil, Canadá, Estados Unidos o el norte de África.
Imprescindible disponibilidad para residir en un destino internacional.
