What you'll do

In collaboration with the International Director, the person will be responsible for:

Calculation and design of rainwater drainage systems.
Preparing construction and installation drawings for piping systems in Revit MEP.
Preparing clash detection reports in Navisworks.
Preparing material take-offs and material requisitions, for shipping to site and subsequent installation by the associated workers, to whom technical support will be provided during system installation.
Maintaining communication between companies, ensuring that requested materials are shipped as required on site.
Preparing technical reports when necessary (after site inspections, as-built documentation, rehabilitations, or incidents, etc.).
Coordinating studies / projects with the rest of the team.

What you'll do

En colaboración con la Directora Internacional, la persona se encargará de:

Cálculo y diseño de los sistemas de evacuación de aguas pluviales.
Elaborar planos constructivos y de instalación de sistemas de tuberías en Revit MEP.
Elaborar informes de colisiones en Navisworks.
Realizar despiece de materiales y su solicitud, para el envío a obra y su posterior instalación por parte de los operarios asociados, a los cuales se les dará soporte técnico durante la instalación del sistema.
Mantener la comunicación entre empresas, garantizando que los materiales solicitados son enviados según lo requerido en obra.
Elaborar informes técnicos cuando sea necesario (tras una supervisión de obra, documentación as built, rehabilitaciones, o incidencias etc.).
Coordinar la realización de estudios / proyectos con el resto del equipo.
