We are looking for a Project Controlling Administrative Assistant to join a leading company located in the northern area of Madrid, with excellent transport links and a hybrid working model.

You will work in coordination with the Operations, Finance, and Business teams, collaborating both in bidding processes and in the economic monitoring of projects under execution.

Salary: €30,000 gross per year
Meal allowance: €2,257.08 gross per year
Remote work allowance: €69.60 gross per year

Location: Northern area of Madrid.
Hybrid model (50% on-site / 50% remote work).
Contract type: Temporary replacement contract: From 14/09/2026 to 25/10/2026.
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 17:30 | Friday 08:00 to 14:00.
University education in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration and Management (ADE), Economics, Business Studies, or similar qualifications.
Profiles with administrative, financial, or management training who bring prior experience in controlling, management control, or financial analysis will also be considered.
Experience in financial controlling, financial administration, or management control.
High level of English (minimum B2, C1 valued).

Trabajarás de forma coordinada con los equipos de Operaciones, Finanzas y Negocio, colaborando tanto en procesos de licitación como en el seguimiento económico de proyectos en ejecución.
