We are looking for a Program Manager to join one of the most prestigious Universities in Madrid, providing support to the academic management in the comprehensive management of postgraduate and executive training programs.

Buscamos un/a Gestor/a de Programas para incorporarse a una de las Universidades más prestigiosas de Madrid, dando soporte a la dirección académica en la gestión integral de programas de postgrado y formación ejecutiva.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de coordinar el/la actividad académico/a y administrativo/a de los programas, actuando como punto de contacto para estudiantes, profesorado y empresas colaboradoras.

What you'll do

Dar soporte al Director/a de Programa en las tareas de gestión y coordinación del profesorado.
Atender y acompañar a los estudiantes durante el desarrollo de los programas, ofreciendo apoyo administrativo/a y seguimiento académico/a.
Gestionar y realizar seguimiento de leads, solicitudes de admisión y procesos de selección de alumnos.
Colaborar en la planificación docente y en la organización de eventos institucionales.
Supervisar y optimizar la planificación de horarios académicos/as, garantizando una adecuada distribución de los recursos.
Gestionar la documentación académica relacionada con matrículas y otros procesos administrativos/as.
Dar soporte tanto a alumnos de programas Open como a empresas clientes de programas In-Company.
Coordinar espacios, aulas y recursos necesarios para el correcto desarrollo de el/la actividad académico/a.

span> Experiencia previa en gestión académico/a de programas de postgrado.

span> Manejo avanzado de Microsoft Office y Microsoft Teams.
