At Deloitte we are looking to bring a Professional Senior on board for the Marketing team to plan, coordinate and execute strategic events, sector initiatives, sponsorship actions and client loyalty programs. The selected candidate will play a key role in developing high-impact experiences that contribute to the firm's positioning and to strengthening relationships with our stakeholders, working in coordination with different internal areas, suppliers and collaborators at a national and international level.

• Plan, coordinate and execute strategic events, both national and international.
• Manage sector initiatives, loyalty actions and exclusive events for clients.
• Coordinate events linked to sponsorships and alliances in collaboration with the different Marketing areas.
• Manage suppliers and ensure excellence in the execution of each initiative.
• Ensure comprehensive project follow-up, as well as coordination between the teams involved.
• Propose new ideas and formats that add value and drive innovation in the experiences developed.

• Degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Institutional Relations or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and event organization.
• Demonstrable experience in managing events and relationship-building actions in corporate environments.
• High level of English. Other languages will be valued.
• Ability to organize, plan and manage projects simultaneously.

En Deloitte buscamos incorporar un/a Professional Senior al equipo de Marketing para planificar, coordinar y ejecutar de eventos estratégicos, iniciativas sectoriales, acciones de patrocinio y programas de fidelización de clientes. La persona seleccionada tendrá un papel clave en el desarrollo de experiencias de alto impacto que contribuyan al posicionamiento de la firma y al fortalecimiento de las relaciones con nuestros grupos de interés, trabajando de forma coordinada con distintas áreas internas, proveedores y colaboradores a nivel nacional e internacional.

• Planificar, coordinar y ejecutar eventos estratégicos, tanto nacionales como internacionales.
• Gestionar iniciativas sectoriales, acciones de fidelización y eventos exclusivos para clientes.
• Coordinar eventos vinculados a patrocinios y alianzas en colaboración con las diferentes áreas de Marketing.
• Gestionar proveedores y garantizar la excelencia en la ejecución de cada iniciativa.
• Asegurar el seguimiento integral de los proyectos, así como la coordinación entre los equipos involucrados.
• Proponer nuevas ideas y formatos que aporten valor e impulsen la innovación en las experiencias desarrolladas.

• Grado en Marketing, Publicidad y Relaciones Públicas, Relaciones Institucionales o similar.
• Experiencia mínima de 3 años en marketing y organización de eventos.

• Nivel alto de inglés. Se valorarán otros idiomas.
