What we are looking for:
Education: FP II / CFGS or equivalent experience (valuable in Production, Quality, or Organization).

Knowledge of OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, IATF16949.
Proficiency in MS Office and SAP (user level).

Responsabilidades principales:
Liderar el equipo de producción en turno, asegurando objetivos diarios (Daily Kaizen).
Supervisar producción: calidad, cantidad, planificación y costes.
Garantizar normas de seguridad, calidad y medioambiente (con autoridad para parar la producción).
Gestionar reuniones operativas y KPIs (PDCA, gestión visual).
Detectar y corregir desviaciones (PDCA, PPS, Quick A3).
Coordinar con Mantenimiento, Logística y Calidad.
Formar y desarrollar al equipo, impulsando la mejora continua.
Participar en proyectos de optimización, reducción de desperdicios y eficiencia energética.
Asegurar la estandarización de procesos y mejoras.
