We are looking for a Product Owner focused on delivery, who enjoys turning ideas into reality: defining well, prioritizing with sound judgment, and ensuring that what reaches production makes sense for the user.
You will work with different stakeholders (Marketing, Advertising, Admissions...). You will be responsible for understanding and defining the real business needs, as well as managing the roadmap of digital enhancements, prioritizing initiatives based on their economic impact, expected return, and alignment with strategic objectives.

Buscamos un/a Product Owner con foco en delivery, que disfrute bajando las ideas a tierra: definiendo bien, priorizando con criterio y asegurando que lo que llega a producción tiene sentido para el usuario.
Trabajarás con distintos stakeholders (Marketing, Publicidad, IT, Admisiones…). Serás responsable de entender y definir las necesidades reales del negocio, así como de gestionar el roadmap de evolutivos digitales, priorizando iniciativas en función de su impacto económico, retorno esperado y alineación con los objetivos estratégicos.
Convertirás esas necesidades en épicas, historias de usuario y tareas bien definidas, listas para que desarrollo avance sin fricción.
Gestionarás el backlog con criterio, equilibrando impacto en negocio, esfuerzo técnico y experiencia de usuario.
Colaborarás de forma cercana con UX/UI y desarrollo para diseñar soluciones que funcionen de verdad.
Participarás en refinamientos y acompañarás al equipo durante el desarrollo.
Validarás funcionalmente lo que se construye (QA), asegurando que cumple lo definido.
Revisarás los flujos end-to-end del producto desde la perspectiva de usuario.
Coordinarás la entrega de evolutivos y su correcta puesta en producción.
