About the role

As a Product Manager you will own the strategy and execution for a key area of our platform, turning the company's technical vision into products that drive real business impact. You'll work hand in hand with engineering to shape the roadmap and roll out features, while aligning commercial, marketing, and operations teams around a shared direction.

What you'll do

Role's tasks and responsibilities:

Own product strategy and execution for a product area or vertical, driving innovative ideas, features, and products with leadership and decisive action, and continuously assessing new development and enhancement opportunities.
Work closely with engineering to prioritize development, and align commercial, marketing, and operations teams on timelines and strategy, clearly defining, representing, and communicating product developments across the company.
Set the metrics and experimentation approach for your area, making data-based decisions to decide what is shipped, monitoring results, and keeping the business relevant and competitive.
Stay at the forefront of AdTech, new technologies, industry trends, and privacy regulations.

What we're looking for

Role's skills and requirements:

Technical degree in a quantitative field such as Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
2+ years' experience in Product Management.
Fluency with data. You can write SQL and work independently with data to answer your own questions.
Demonstrated experience in hypothesis-driven learning and turning data into actionable insights.
Excellent written communication. You write specs that hold up to technical scrutiny and need little editing before they ship.

Nice to have

Preferred:

Experience in programmatic advertising, adtech, or another real-time bidding or marketplace environment.
Familiarity with mobile attribution, retargeting, MMPs, or privacy-driven measurement.
