Strategic support: Work alongside HR teams in defining and implementing tasks derived from requirements, establishing a clear roadmap and a governance model adapted to specific needs.
Quality and stakeholder management: Define compliance with standards and actively involve the different teams and stakeholders.
Execution assurance: Continuously monitor to ensure the plan's efficiency, proactively identify deviations, and activate the necessary corrective actions to meet objectives, deadlines, and deliverables.
Monitoring and continuous improvement: Evaluate project development to identify improvement opportunities, both in management and other areas, ensuring final success and the proper allocation of resources, deadlines, and responsibilities.
WHAT WILL YOUR DUTIES BE?🔧:
Define and develop the product vision and roadmap, in line with the company strategy.
Technically lead digital transformation projects in the HR area: Training, Payroll, Time Tracking, Onboarding, Document Management, etc.
In continuous contact with business process owners (BPOs).
Prepare and/or validate that documentation generated by the different project execution teams meets the quality standards required by the organization.
Know existing market solutions and apply them.
Participate in the different project stages.
Desired university degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications.
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
B2+ English level (fluent oral communication).

Acompañamiento estratégico: Trabajar junto a los equipos de RRHH en la definición y aterrizaje de las tareas derivadas de los requerimientos, estableciendo una hoja de ruta clara y un modelo de gobierno adaptado a las necesidades específicas.
Gestión de calidad y stakeholders: Definir el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad e involucrar activamente a los diferentes equipos y partes interesadas.
Garantía de ejecución: Realizar un seguimiento continuo para asegurar la eficiencia del plan, identificar proactivamente desviaciones y activar las acciones correctivas necesarias para cumplir con los objetivos, plazos y entregables.
Monitorización y mejora continua: Evaluar el desarrollo del proyecto para identificar oportunidades de mejora, tanto en la gestión como en otros ámbitos, asegurando el éxito final y la asignación correcta de recursos, plazos y responsabilidades.
¿CUÁLES SERÁN TUS FUNCIONES?🔧:
Definir y desarrollar la visión y la hoja de ruta del producto, en consonancia con la estrategia de la empresa.
Liderar a nivel técnico los proyectos de transformación digital en el área de RRHH: Formación, Nomina, Fichajes, Onboardings, Gestor Documental, etc..
En contacto continuo con los BPOs de negocio (Business process owners)
Elaborar y/o validar que la documentación generada por los diferentes equipos ejecutores de los proyectos cumpla con la calidad exigida por la organización.
Conocer las soluciones existentes de mercado y aplicarlas.
Participar en las diferentes etapas de los proyectos.
Titulación universitaria deseada Ingeniería Informática o Telecomunicaciones.
Experiencia de al menos 5 años en puesto similar
Nivel de Inglés B2+ (comunicación oral fluida).
