En Thuya estamos en pleno proceso de expansión y buscamos incorporar a un/a Product Manager con perfil comercial para liderar el desarrollo y la gestión estratégica de una nueva línea de producto, desde su definición hasta su ejecución en el mercado, en el canal Profesional (B2B) y Retail (B2C) en toda España.
¿Qué harás?
• Definir y liderar la estrategia de producto de la nueva línea, alineada con la visión de marca.
• Analizar el mercado, la competencia y las tendencias del sector para detectar oportunidades y guiar las decisiones de producto.
• Coordinar con los equipos de Marketing, Ventas y Operaciones el lanzamiento y la evolución del producto a lo largo de su ciclo de vida.
• Traducir la estrategia de producto en acciones comerciales concretas: identificar oportunidades de negocio y desarrollar relaciones con clientes clave (distribuidores, cadenas, puntos de venta).
• Dar seguimiento al ciclo de venta cuando sea necesario para validar el producto en el mercado real: prospección, negociación, seguimiento, cierre y feedback.
• Aportar criterio y propuestas sobre contenido, posicionamiento, redes sociales y tendencias que puedan impulsar el producto.
• Reportar resultados, KPIs y evolución del producto a Dirección para ajustar la estrategia.
¿Qué buscamos?
• Perfil comercial con conocimientos de marketing: experiencia demostrable en venta, con capacidad de entender y aportar en estrategia de marca, contenido y redes.
• Persona proactiva, resolutiva y con capacidad de trabajar de forma autónoma coordinando con varios departamentos.
• Experiencia previa en ventas dentro del sector cosmética, belleza o productos de consumo.
• Conocimiento del canal Profesional B2B y/o Retail B2C en España.
• Dominio de redes sociales y herramientas digitales, con criterio propio para opinar y proponer.
• Se valorará el manejo de herramientas Marketing y CRM.
• Disponibilidad para viajar.
