We need to hire a Product Management Manager for the Commercial area who will carry out the following functions:
Define the strategy and roadmap for the company's Telco products (mobile, fixed, and internet).
Coordinate, plan, and ensure the commercial development and launch of products and services (mobile, fixed, and internet).
Write detailed and prioritized specifications and/or wireframes to create new product features and functionalities.
Organize and plan all the necessary support for the product launch.
Lead, in coordination with the rest of the departments and involved suppliers, the development of the company's Telco products and services until their commercialization.
Organize and plan all the necessary support for the go-to-market of products and services.
Collaborate with the Marketing Department on product positioning and develop marketing and sales campaigns.
Propose an overall budget to ensure success.
Set prices to meet revenue and profitability targets.
Act as a product ambassador for Telco within the company.
Manage the Product Managers.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE)/Marketing.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an equivalent position (Telco sector).
Experience as a product manager or marketing manager.
Deep understanding of customer needs.
Exceptional organizational, planning, and analytical skills.
Proven success in defining and launching excellent products.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Examples or at least a sample of an effective document delivered in the past.

Necesitamos incorporar a un/a Manager Product Management en el área Comercial que desarrollará las siguientes funciones:
Definir la estrategia y la hoja de ruta de los productos Telco (móvil, fijo e internet) de la compañía.
Coordinar, planificar y garantizar el desarrollo y lanzamiento comercial de productos y servicios (móvil, fijo e internet)

Colaborar con el Departamento de Marketing en el posicionamiento del producto y desarrollar campañas de marketing y ventas.
Proponga un presupuesto general para asegurar el éxito
Establezca precios para cumplir con los objetivos de ingresos y rentabilidad
Actuar como embajador de productos Telco dentro de la empresa
Gestionar a los Jefes de Productos

Experiencia mínima de 5 años en un puesto equivalente (sector telco)
Experiencia como gerente de producto o gerente de marketing de producto
Comprensión profunda de las necesidades de los clientes
Habilidades organizativas de planificación y analíticas excepcionales
Exito demostrado en la definición y lanzamiento de productos excelentes
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita
Capacidad demostrada para influir en equipos multifuncionales
Ejemplos o al menos una muestra de un documento efectivo entregado en el pasado
