As a Product Design Junior, you will contribute to the design and evolution of ODILO's digital experiences, taking part in creating useful, intuitive, and consistent solutions for our users. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other design profiles, progressively learning to turn user and business needs into viable, high-quality solutions.

• Participate in designing user journeys, flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interfaces for web and mobile.

• Collaborate in discovery, research, and validation processes to understand user needs and identify improvement opportunities.

• Translate product requirements and needs into clear, coherent, and intuitive design solutions.

• Work alongside Product Managers and Engineers during development to ensure designs are implemented correctly.

• Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of the Design System, reusing existing components and patterns.

• Take part in product reviews and validations to detect inconsistencies and improvement opportunities.

• Adapt the visual layer of our products to each client's brand identity.

• Use feedback, usage data, and product results to progressively improve the designed solutions.

• Use AI tools to support research, ideation, prototyping, or analysis tasks, always with sound judgment and proper supervision.

• Experience working in the EdTech sector or B2B SaaS companies.

• Previous experience with web or mobile products.

• Basic knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design.

• Experience working with Design Systems.

• Experience using AI tools in design, research, or prototyping processes.

• Interest in the edtech sector, digital products, and learning experiences.

• 1–2 years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or similar positions.

• Education related to Design, UX/UI, Digital Product, or related fields.

• Strong command of design and prototyping tools, especially Figma and Adobe XD.

• Knowledge of UX and UI and the ability to create clear, consistent, and scalable interfaces.

Como Product Design Junior, contribuirás al diseño y evolución de las experiencias digitales de ODILO, participando en la creación de soluciones útiles, intuitivas y consistentes para nuestros usuarios. Trabajarás de forma cercana con Product Managers, Engineers y otros perfiles de diseño, aprendiendo progresivamente a transformar necesidades de usuario y negocio en soluciones viables y de calidad.

• Participar en el diseño de user journeys, flujos, wireframes, prototipos e interfaces para web y mobile.

• Traducir requisitos y necesidades de producto en soluciones de diseño claras, intuitivas y coherentes.

• Trabajar junto a Product Managers y Engineers durante el desarrollo para asegurar una correcta implementación de los diseños.

• Contribuir al mantenimiento y evolución del Design System, reutilizando componentes y patrones existentes.

• Participar en revisiones y validaciones de producto para detectar inconsistencias y oportunidades de mejora.

• Adaptar la capa visual de nuestros productos a la identidad de marca de cada cliente.

• Utilizar feedback, datos de uso y resultados de producto para mejorar progresivamente las soluciones diseñadas.

• Utilizar herramientas de IA como apoyo en tareas de research, ideación, prototipado o análisis, siempre con criterio y supervisión adecuada.

• Experiencia trabajando en el sector EdTech o B2B SaaS companies.

• Experiencia previa en productos web o mobile.

• Conocimientos básicos de accesibilidad y diseño inclusivo.

• Haber trabajado con Design Systems.

• Haber utilizado herramientas de IA en procesos de diseño, research o prototipado.

• Sentido de la responsabilidad, compromiso y ownership sobre las tareas asignadas, con disposición para colaborar activamente en proyectos de equipo.

• Atención al detalle, curiosidad, proactividad y ganas de seguir creciendo como diseñador/a de producto.

• Nivel B2-C1 de inglés

• Interés por el uso de IA aplicada al diseño para mejorar eficiencia, creatividad y aprendizaje.
