Misión y ubicación del puesto
Buscamos un/a Process Mining & Automation Lead para liderar la evolución de las capacidades de Process Mining y Automatización dentro de la organización. La persona seleccionada combinará un rol altamente técnico con la coordinación de un pequeño equipo, impulsando iniciativas que optimicen los procesos de negocio y generen impacto directo en la eficiencia de la compañía.
Ubicación: Modelo híbrido (30% teletrabajo).
Descripción de responsabilidades
Liderar el área de Process Mining y Automatización desde un enfoque técnico.
Identificar oportunidades de mejora y optimización en los procesos de negocio mediante técnicas de Process Mining.
Diseñar, desarrollar e implantar soluciones de automatización utilizando herramientas RPA.
Liderar proyectos de transformación orientados a la eficiencia operativa.
Coordinar y acompañar a un equipo de 3-4 personas, actuando como referente técnico.
Colaborar con las diferentes áreas de negocio para identificar necesidades y definir soluciones de alto impacto.
Garantizar las mejores prácticas en el diseño, implementación y mantenimiento de las automatizaciones.
Analizar indicadores de rendimiento y proponer iniciativas de mejora continua.
Requisitos esenciales
Más de 5 años de experiencia en Process Mining, automatización de procesos o mejora continua.
Experiencia demostrable implantando soluciones de Process Mining.
Conocimiento de herramientas RPA como Power Automate, Blue Prism o tecnologías similares.
Experiencia liderando proyectos técnicos de automatización.
Capacidad analítica para identificar oportunidades de optimización de procesos.
Experiencia coordinando pequeños equipos técnicos o ejerciendo como referente funcional.
Nivel de inglés aproximado B2 .
Requisitos deseables
Experiencia en entornos financieros o compañías altamente reguladas.
Conocimientos de metodologías Lean, Six Sigma o BPM.
Experiencia trabajando con herramientas de análisis de datos y visualización.
Conocimientos de arquitectura de procesos y transformación digital.
Capacidad para gestionar múltiples iniciativas simultáneamente.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y colaboración con equipos multidisciplinares.
