What are we looking for?

  • Senior profile with a combination of Data Science, business process optimization, and advanced Power BI.

Essential hard skills:

  • Advanced Power BI: Power Query, advanced DAX, data modeling, and workspace security management
  • Data Science & Analytics: Python, solid SQL, Machine Learning techniques, forecasting models, clustering, and advanced AI/Analytics capabilities
  • Process Management: experience in BPM, Power Automate, and Process Mining tools
  • Ability to analyze and understand operational workflows

The role

What will you do?

As a Senior Process & Analytics Specialist, you will be the bridge between technical and business teams. You will analyze processes, build advanced data models, and create dashboards that drive data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

Main responsibilities:

  • Analyze workflows and operational processes
  • Design and develop advanced dashboards in Power BI
  • Create complex measures and calculations with DAX
  • Integrate multiple data sources for real-time reporting
  • Build predictive models with Python or R
  • Apply data quality principles and support AI-driven analytical capabilities
  • Translate technical findings into clear business recommendations
  • Continuously optimize processes through data
