About the role

At Movistar Prosegur Alarmas we are committed to the development and growth of our internal talent. For this reason, we are opening this opportunity to join as a Client Operations Manager, within the Operations Management / Customer Service area.

The selected candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management of a client portfolio, ensuring the proper development of operations, resolution of incidents, and a customer experience aligned with company standards.

The position reports to the Priority, Back Office, and Collections Manager.

What you'll do

End-to-end management of assigned clients.
Coordination of technical activity with support teams (STR and PRL).
Operational liaison between the client and internal areas.
Management and resolution of requests, incidents, and complaints.
Proactive follow-up of pending tasks and resolution times.
Recording and traceability of management actions carried out.

Education & certifications

High school diploma, vocational training, or higher education.

En Movistar Prosegur Alarmas apostamos por el desarrollo y crecimiento de nuestro talento interno. Por ello, abrimos esta oportunidad para incorporarse como Gestor/a Operativo de Clientes, dentro del área de Gestión Operativa / Atención al Cliente.

La persona seleccionada será responsable de la gestión integral de una cartera de clientes, asegurando el correcto desarrollo de las operaciones, la resolución de incidencias y una experiencia de cliente alineada con los estándares de la compañía.

El puesto reporta al Responsable de Priority, Back Office y Cobros.

What you'll do

Gestión end to end de los clientes asignados.
Coordinación de la actividad técnica con equipos de soporte (STR y PRL).
Interlocución operativa entre cliente y áreas internas.
Gestión y resolución de solicitudes, incidencias y reclamaciones.
Seguimiento proactivo de tareas pendientes y tiempos de resolución.
Registro y trazabilidad de las gestiones realizadas.

Education & certifications

Bachillerato, FP II o formación superior.
