About the role

We are looking for a Principal DevOps Engineer to lead our cloud infrastructure transformation initiatives. In this Full-time, on-site position based in Madrid, you will architect and implement cutting-edge cloud solutions, oversee infrastructure modernization projects, and mentor a team of engineers. You'll work with Fortune 500 clients to design highly available, scalable, and secure cloud environments using industry best practices. Who are we looking for

We seek a visionary engineer with 7+ years of cloud infrastructure experience and a proven track record of designing enterprise-grade solutions. You should have deep expertise in AWS, Azure, or GCP, with hands-on experience in containerization, orchestration, and infrastructure-as-code. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with exceptional problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for stakeholders. You should be passionate about automation, continuous improvement, and staying ahead of emerging cloud technologies. Experience with multi-cloud environments and DevOps methodologies is essential.

Skills and competencies

• Advanced proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Expert-level knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
• Strong experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM templates)
• Proficiency in CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
• Deep understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments
• Scripting expertise in Python, Bash, or Go
• Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools
• Leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent documentation and communication skills
• Agile and DevOps methodology expertise
