Build Power BI reports from approved wireframes: implement exact designs, visualization types, slicers, drill-throughs, and conditional formatting as specified.
Build and maintain Power BI semantic models (datasets) connected to the Gold layer of Azure Synapse.
Write DAX measures for calculated KPIs: margins, variances, YTD/MTD aggregations, plan vs. actual comparisons, moving averages.

Implement row-level security (RLS) for report access at multiple levels (Tier 1 executives, Tier 2 directors, Tier 3 managers).
Configure scheduled data refreshes and on-demand triggers for monthly closes.
Deploy reports to the Power BI Service production workspace.
Support UAT cycles: fix visual issues, adjust designs based on business feedback, iterate until final sign-off from BPOs.
Create mobile-optimized versions of Tier 1 reports for executives.
Maintain the report catalog and version documentation.

We are looking for a Power BI developer to join the technology team of a food industry company. They will be responsible for building all Power BI reports and dashboards based on approved wireframes and specifications.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

The selected candidate must meet the following requirements:

More than 3 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or BI Developer with Power BI as the primary tool.
Advanced DAX skills: complex measures, CALCULATE, time intelligence (YTD, MTD, rolling), iterator functions, virtual tables.
Semantic model design in Power BI: star schema consumption, relationships, roles-playing dimensions, calculation groups.
Advanced visualization: waterfall charts, heat maps, scatter plots, gauges, conditional formatting, tooltips, drill-through pages.
Power BI Service: workspace management, scheduled refreshes, RLS, app distribution, deployment pipelines.
Experience building reports from wireframes or detailed specifications (not ad-hoc or exploratory dashboards).
Clean and professional visual design — a portfolio or examples of previous work is expected.
Power BI theme files (.json) — ability to create and apply custom themes.
