About the role

We are looking for a Power BI Analyst & Developer to act as a bridge between business, data, and IT in an international project. The ideal profile will participate in the end-to-end management of the reporting cycle, from requirements gathering to delivery, governance, and optimization of solutions.

You will participate in projects using cutting-edge technologies.
You will have autonomy to propose solutions and contribute within an international team.

What you'll do

Gather and analyze business requirements, defining functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Translate business needs into requirements for data and engineering teams.
Design and implement semantic models and develop dashboards and reports in Power BI.
Define and maintain KPIs, business logic, and advanced metrics using DAX.
Ensure solution performance and implement RLS security.
Perform data validations and reconciliations with business and technology teams.
Coordinate UAT activities, incident management, and support for deployments in Power BI Service.
Participate in BI tool migration initiatives (Tableau, SAP BO, etc.).
Nice to have: use SQL for analysis and validations, as well as tools such as GitHub, Figma, Miro, Databricks, or Lakehouse.

Who are we looking for (M/F/D)?

Minimum 3 years of experience in roles related to Power BI, BI Analytics, or Business Intelligence.
Advanced level of English (minimum C1).
Solid experience in Power BI (Desktop and Service).
Knowledge of dimensional modeling, semantic models, and star schemas.
Advanced experience with DAX and performance optimization.
Knowledge of Row Level Security, data validation, and UAT.
Experience in defining and tracking KPIs.
Ability to interact with business, IT, and data teams.
Knowledge of SQL.

Participar en iniciativas de migración de herramientas BI (Tableau, SAP BO, etc.).
Valorable: utilizar SQL para análisis y validaciones, así como herramientas como GitHub, Figma, Miro, Databricks o Lakehouse.
