Manage and orchestrate the post-booking flows and digital touchpoints across all direct customer channels, within the scope of the e-commerce and digital customer experience strategy, in alignment with business stakeholders, product vision, technological feasibility and customer feedback, in order to maximize revenue, minimize operational costs and enhance digital self-service and satisfaction in the post-booking phase.
Develop and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap, aligning goals and insights with business leaders and stakeholders.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define product features, functionality, and positioning.
Create and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements with cross-functional input.
Break down the roadmap into actionable and measurable product releases and sprints.
Facilitate user research, gather feedback and analyze data to identify user needs and pain points.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, user centric digital product experiences.
Continuously refine and iterate product requirements based on feedback and insights.
Work closely with Tech Leads and Product Owners to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
Monitor adoption and usage analytics of post-booking products and features.
Manage expectations and negotiate priorities across business needs, capacity constraints and market changes.
Define KPIs to assess product success and impact.
Oversee the digital customer experience in key post booking flows (Manage My Booking and Check-in).
A minimum of 5 years of experience in roles related to Product Management, Software Development, Data Product Ownership, or AI Product Development.
Proven track record of at least 5 years of practical Agile experience, having worked in capacities such as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Business Systems Consultant embedded within scrum or Agile teams.
End-to-end ownership of high-visibility digital channel products with impact on revenue generation, cost reduction, and customer experience enhancement.
Stakeholder engagement across commercial, customer experience, and IT areas to drive alignment and delivery.
Experience monitoring product performance through usage analytics and feedback loops, and leading iterative improvement cycles.
Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Marketing, Statistics, Computer Science, Communications, Economics, or any related field.
Strong command of Agile principles and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP), with demonstrated ability to apply them to complex product development lifecycles.
Full professional proficiency C1 in English, as the working language in cross functional and technical contexts.
