What will your duties be?
-Answering calls to resolve customer queries.
-Managing incidents.
-Referring to other departments.
-Coordinating vehicle deliveries and pickups.
-Coordinating workshops.
-Managing fines.
-You will provide service to the Italian market
-On-site work at CL Alcalá 265 - Next to El Carmen Metro
-Initially on-site and later hybrid
-ESSENTIAL: BILINGUAL SPANISH + ITALIAN C1/C2 (ORAL AND WRITTEN)
-Customer orientation and strong communication skills
-Secondary education (ESO or Baccalaureate)
-Intermediate proficiency in office tools; computer and keyboard agility required.
-Previous experience in customer service.
-Experience in the automotive, renting, leasing, or mobility sector is a plus.
-Experience in Back Office / After Sales is a plus.
-Availability from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. starting September 1st

-IMPRESCINDIBLE BILINGÜE CASTELLANO+ITALIANO C1/C2 (ORAL Y ESCRITO)
-Orientación al cliente y altas habilidades comunicativas
-Formación secundaria (Eso o Bachiller)
-Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas a nivel medio, se requiere agilidad informática y de teclado.
-Experiencia previa en servicios de atención al cliente.
-Valorable Experiencia en sector automoción, renting, leasing o movilidad.
-Valorable Experiencia en Back Office / After Sales.
-Disponibilidad de 9 a 18h a partir del 1 de septiembre
