What We Are Looking For
-EU Citizenship
-Qualified Pharmacist with a Pharmacy Degree recognised within the European Union
-Fully licensed and authorised to practise as a Pharmacist in Spain
-Eligible for registration with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland (PSI)
-Good conversational and professional English language skills
-Strong patient care and customer service skills
-Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team
-Professional, approachable, and patient-focused attitude
Key Duties of a Support Pharmacist
Customer Patient Care
-Provide professional advice on prescription and non-prescription medicines
-Counsel patients on the safe and effective use of medicines
-Support customers with healthcare queries, minor ailments, and medication management
-Promote health awareness and preventative healthcare services
-Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive pharmacy experience
-Build trusted relationships with patients and the local community
Pharmacy Operations
-Accurately dispense prescriptions in accordance with legal and professional requirements
-Review prescriptions for clinical appropriateness and patient safety
-Support the supervision of pharmacy staff and daily dispensary operations
-Maintain accurate pharmacy records and documentation
-Ensure compliance with PSI regulations and pharmacy legislation
-Assist in stock management and medicines procurement
Professional Responsibilities
-Work collaboratively with the Supervising Pharmacist and wider pharmacy team
-Maintain high standards of patient safety and professional practice
-Participate in continuing professional development (CPD)
-Support vaccination, health screening, and other pharmacy services where applicable
