Parkinson Sales Specialist Delegate en Barcelona, España

As a Parkinson Sales Specialist Delegate, in the Neuroscience area, your main responsibilities will be the following:

• Improve patients' quality of life and ethically consolidate pharmaceutical products with profitability, leadership, and productivity.
• Establish Action Plans to maximize productivity and territorial potential: territorial situation analysis, territorial assessment, market share and growth versus competitors, KPIs, competitor actions.
• Define and implement necessary actions and/or investments to achieve objectives.
•  Evaluate and monitor the impact on zone results.
• Achieve and maintain an optimal level of knowledge of products, competitors, pathologies, and the sales process.
• Sustain and enhance the company's image as a leader in healthcare.
• Conduct hospital visits promoting the products under your responsibility.
• Build customer loyalty and identify potential customers, as well as current and future opinion leaders.
• Implement and monitor sales-oriented activities.
• Implement commercial strategies to ensure the achievement of sales objectives for the brands under your responsibility.
• Establish relationships with a broad base of contacts related to patient healthcare, focusing on their needs.
• Create, maintain, and expand sales in your territory.
• Provide services and medical-scientific information.
• Know in depth the profile of your products and those of your competitors, as well as the profile of your physicians and patients.
• Implement business unit strategies.

• Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences.
• Previous experience in hospital sales positions.
• Ideally previous experience in Neurology. 
• High level of English.
• Availability to travel.
• Residence in Barcelona.
• Work area: Lleida, Barcelona, Andorra, and the Balearic Islands.

Como Delegado Especialista de Parkinson, en el área de Neurociencias, tus principales funciones serán las siguientes:

• Mejorar la calidad de vida de los pacientes y consolidar éticamente productos farmacéuticos con rentabilidad, liderazgo y productividad.
• Establecer Planes de Acción para maximizar la productividad y potencial territorial: análisis de la situación territorial, evaluación territorial, participación y crecimientos versus competidores, KPI’s, acciones de los competidores.
• Definir e implementar acciones y/o inversiones necesarias para alcanzar los objetivos.
•  Evaluación y seguimiento en el impacto en los resultados de la zona
• Alcanzar y mantener un nivel óptimo de conocimientos de productos, competidores, patologías y proceso de ventas.
• Sostener e incrementar la imagen de compañía líder al cuidado de la salud
• Realizar visita hospitalaria promocionando los productos bajo su responsabilidad.
• Fidelización de clientes e identificación de clientes potenciales, así como líderes de opinión presentes y futuros.
• Puesta en marcha y seguimiento a las actividades orientadas a la venta.
• Implementar estrategias comerciales para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos de venta de las marcas bajo su responsabilidad.
• Establecer relaciones con una amplia base de contactos relativos al cuidado de la salud de los pacientes centrándose en las necesidades de estos.
• Crear, mantener y ampliar las ventas de su zona.
• Proveer servicios e información médico científica.
• Conocer en profundidad el perfil de sus productos y los de sus competidores, así como el perfil de sus médicos y pacientes.
• Implementar las estrategias de la unidad de negocio.

• Licenciatura en Ciencias de la Salud.
• Experiencia previa en posiciones comerciales de venta hospitalaria.
• Idealmente experiencia previa en Neurología. 
• Nivel alto de inglés.
• Disponibilidad para viajar.
• Residencia en Barcelona.
• Área de trabajo: Lleida, Barcelona, Andorra y Baleares.
