Based at our Distribution Center in Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, you will support logistics and Value-Added Services (VAS) activities while leading and developing your team to deliver strong operational results. This is a people management role with responsibility for supervising a team, prioritizing work, monitoring performance, and supporting talent development, engagement, and inclusion. You will also help ensure effective communication, planning, and day-to-day coordination to meet team objectives and operational goals.
