About the role

Within the Santalucía Contracting Department and reporting to the corresponding manager, the mission is to ensure, through data, the comprehensive control of operations related to subscriptions, policy management, receipts, non-payment, and collection methods; and to lead and co-lead projects related to operational information management.

Conduct root cause analyses on friction points (issuance, collection, receipt returns, contracting).

Participate in cross-functional projects within the department.
Maintain and evolve existing services.

Elaborar análisis causa-raíz sobre fricciones (emisión, cobro, devoluciones de recibo, contratación).
Medir impacto de acciones (p. ej., nueva lógica de impago, recordatorios, cambios de medio de cobro).
Elaborar informes ejecutivos y narrativas de datos (storytelling) orientadas a decisión.
Liderar la comunicación con terceros relacionados con la información sobre las pólizas o recibos
Construir y automatizar indicadores de control y SLA/KRI por proceso/canal/sistema (diario-semanal-mensual).
Implantar alertas tempranas.
Diseñar y realizar dashboards para el autoservicio (Power BI) y plantillas reutilizables.
Documentar y formar a negocio en uso responsable de datos y lectura de KPIs
Participar en proyectos referentes a gestión de datos operacionales
Participar en los proyectos trasversales del área
Mantener dichos servicios y evolucionarlos
Proponer nuevos KPIS, fuentes de información y análisis para mayor comprensión de las operaciones.
Proponer roadmap de mejoras con estimación de impacto.
