eClerx is seeking an experienced Onsite Client Partner to serve as the primary liaison between one of our leading financial services clients and our global delivery teams. This is a highly visible, client-facing role responsible for supporting Periodic Review, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and ongoing KYC remediation activities, while driving collaboration across teams in Spain, India, Peru, and the UK.
The successful candidate will build trusted relationships with client stakeholders, identify operational improvement opportunities, manage escalations, and help shape evolving processes to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
We're looking for someone who is proactive, highly autonomous, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and processes continue to evolve. The ideal candidate is a quick learner who exercises sound judgment, builds strong relationships, communicates effectively across global teams, and confidently navigates ambiguity while driving meaningful outcomes.
