We are seeking an ambitious, experienced Online Marketing Analytics Manager to join our Marketing Performance organization in Barcelona. In this role, you will lead and continue building a talented team of analysts, drive our advanced analytics and AI agenda, and turn complex data into strategic growth for our global business.

The Role’s Key Responsibilities

As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, exciting challenges, and a transparent view of how your work directly contributes to our global company goals and our customers. As our Online Marketing Analytics Manager, you will be in charge of:

• Shaping the Strategy: Define and execute the analytics and reporting strategy for our online marketing campaigns, ensuring long-term value generation through deep, actionable insights and data-driven decision-making.
• Pioneering AI & Automation: Champion the strategic adoption and implementation of AI within our marketing analytics ecosystem. You will leverage predictive modeling and intelligent automation to transform raw data into forward-looking insights, keeping us at the absolute cutting edge of marketing innovation.
• Driving Innovation: Design, track, and analyze experiments while helping build a continuous “test and learn” agenda across marketing channels.
• Leading & Mentoring: Manage a team of analysts—leading, supporting, coaching, and guiding them. You will set clear expectations and ensure they are fully equipped to succeed by providing them with the necessary business context, tools, and hands-on guidance to deliver robust, high-impact insights.
• Solving Complex Business Problems: Translate complex business questions into functional analyses. Extract, manipulate, and model data from diverse sources using Python, R, or SQL, and collaborate with stakeholders to bring your insights to life.
• Performance Reporting: Report on overall campaign performance to senior management, evaluating success and delivering clear insights from multiple analytical angles.

Core Requirements:

• Education: Degree in a quantitative or technical field (such as Statistics, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline).
• Analytical Mindset: Excellent analytical thinking, with fluency in data analysis and a proven ability to translate complex data into compelling stories (data storytelling).
• Curiosity & Proactive Ownership: Naturally curious and highly proactive, with a relentless drive to dig beneath the surface, solve complex business challenges, and take full ownership of end-to-end outcomes.
• Business Acumen: Exceptional business intuition and context-awareness. Proven track record of grounding analysis in core business metrics and translating goals into actionable strategies that prioritize real trading impact over technical complexity.
• Proven Track Record: Solid professional experience in digital marketing analytics roles, with prior experience mentoring or managing other analysts.

Technical Toolkit:

• Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries to extract and manipulate data.
• Experience or knowledge working with Python, R, or similar programming languages for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
• Experience building dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio/DataStudio, Tableau, PowerBI).
• Statistical Foundation: A solid understanding of statistical techniques for interpreting summary metrics, assessing confidence intervals, and conducting hypothesis testing (A/B testing).
• Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. You are highly collaborative and thrive on giving and receiving feedback.
• Language: Fluency in English (both written and verbal).

Good to have

• Domain Expertise: A strong understanding of digital marketing and marketing/ad-tech ecosystems (including tracking, conversion funnels, and core marketing KPIs).
• Agile Frameworks: Familiarity working within agile or lean frameworks.
• Advanced Marketing Methodologies: Exposure to Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), Causal Inference, or multi-touch attribution frameworks.
• AI & ML Applications: Practical experience applying machine learning algorithms or AI tools to marketing problems (e.g., customer lifetime value modeling, predictive churn, automated insights).
