¿Tienes experiencia construyendo y operando plataformas de IA en producción?

Buscamos un/a MLOps Platform Engineer para participar en un proyecto internacional centrado en la creación de una plataforma self‑service para equipos de Inteligencia Artificial, basada en Databricks Mosaic AI , MLflow y Azure .

Requisitos:

+5 años de experiencia en MLOps , Platform Engineering o SRE aplicado a ML/IA .
Experiencia sólida con Databricks y MLflow en entornos productivos.
Conocimientos avanzados de CI/CD , automatización y promoción de entornos.
Experiencia demostrable en Azure (imprescindible); AWS valorable.
Infraestructura como código ( Terraform o similares).
Experiencia con Kubernetes y herramientas de observabilidad.
Inglés mínimo B2 (ideal C2).

Responsabilidades:

Diseñar, construir y evolucionar la plataforma MLOps para modelos y agentes de IA.
Definir estándares de CI/CD , promoción de entornos y patrones de despliegue (canary, rollback, releases inmutables).
Implementar evaluación, monitorización y drift detection mediante MLflow y Mosaic.
Operar topologías de model serving en Databricks Serverless y Kubernetes/Seldon.
Integrar Unity Catalog (lineage, policies, gobernanza) en pipelines y procesos de entrega.
Asegurar SLOs de plataforma: latencia, fiabilidad, costes y capacidad.
Contribuir a la observabilidad end‑to‑end con herramientas compatibles con OpenTelemetry.

Ubicación: 100% remoto desde cualquier punto de España.
