The Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) team is seeking a Site Construction EHS Manager with the passion to drive value across complex supplier relationships and demonstrated experience in supplier management. Strong analytical skills, using data to design processes that scale, effective collaboration across internal and external stakeholders, and the drive to continuously improve and achieve business objectives will be critical to success in this role. The span and complexity of our activities requires advanced knowledge and technical specialization in construction and design safety management to recognize and control risks.
This is a highly influential position reporting to the Regional Director, Construction and Design Safety. Position location is in Zaragoza, Spain and will be a site-based role supporting construction and lease projects in this metro.

Lead multiple high-priority projects simultaneously, ensuring deliverables are completed on schedule and in alignment with business requirements.
Provide leadership and direction to teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and successful execution in a fast-paced environment.
Partner with cross-functional teams to establish shared goals, drive alignment, and deliver business outcomes in accordance with the One Microsoft culture.
Communicate project status, risks, opportunities, and recommendations effectively through written and verbal presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
Certification as a construction EHS Professional such as IOSH or BCSP
Demonstrated experience and success with delivering cross functional programs, including ownership, and driving results.
Experience in Mission Critical project delivery and large civil / Building projects.
Environmental Health & Safety IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across Spain is € 53,000.00 - € 107,000.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.

This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health and Safety, Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field. Relevant professional experience and/or industry certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Experience in safety, environmental health and safety, or related roles, with demonstrated experience managing a broad range of risks across multiple sites, including operations within Spain or other European locations.
Working knowledge of OSHA regulations and applicable regulatory and industry safety standards relevant to construction and operational activities in Spain.
Experience implementing health and safety programs in construction environments, aligned with global standards and local regulatory requirements.
Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
